Then there is the opposite direction where Sullivan's Duck Pond and Lake Banook offer lots of pretty sights and fresh air where you can picnic and swim. Loads of shopping, services and restaurants mean you don't need a car. Tenants must be considerate and have a secure income. All the tenants in these buildings have been thoroughly screened.
