President/Property Manager

Tim Nettle started The Pad Picker in 1993 as a service for tenants in finding quality rental accommodations and soon began leasing units for many great landlords in metro. Not long afterwards, he began managing them too. The IPOANS CAM I & II (Certified Apartment Management) course and this extensive and varied background has given him the unique ability to truly understand landlords and tenants needs.

Odille Nettle began working with Tim in 2002 and provides organization, friendliness and grace after working for 14 years in the health and hospitality industries. Odille is fluently bilingual in French since she hails from Cheticamp, Cape Breton Island. She is great with numbers and very patient.

Tammy Newell joined us in 2008 after leasing, managing and maintaining her own family's buildings and renovating houses for resale. Her wealth of experience in real estate will prevail in guiding her clients to the ideal properties for their needs. Tanya Woffenden joined us behind the scenes in 2010 with 6+ years experience managing and administrating for other large property management firms. Her dependability, helpful nature and tanacious resolve to balance the books, combine to make her a welcome addtion to The Pad Picker team. She is the heart of the organization through which all information flows. We would cease to be without her.

Kaylee Wallage joined us in 2015 after 18+ years experience in customer service. She was ready for a change and to utilize her skills in a rewarding industry. Kaylee is the "go to" person for our company. She efficiently organizes and coordinates all our departments with a systematic approach. She is the oil in the property management engine. Without her, everything would seize up and come to a halt.
   
  Maintenance Manager
Michael Hood has been working with us since 1998. A jack of all trades his specialty is painting and he really enjoys carpentry. Mike's extensive experience with all shapes and sizes of buildings make him well-suited to renovate and add-on to old structures.
